2015-04-10: Added Amelunxen SGI model New specific energy model for SAG & ball mill circuits that uses SGI (or SPI™) values instead of Bond work index for rod mill and crushing. Mandatory to set the CFsag and CFball configuration factors, see the documentation.

Presently fixing a problem with default values not appearing in drop-down select fields.
